Beta Service

Velox is currently in beta. By using Velox, you acknowledge that the service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, limitations, or incomplete features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Velox at any time.

Use of Generated Code

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated Shopify code before publishing to production:

• Quality review — Verify the code matches your requirements
• Security review — Check for security issues or vulnerabilities
• Compatibility — Test in your Shopify theme environment
• Merchant approval — Generated sections may need review before live deployment

No Legal or Commercial Guarantees

Velox provides AI-assisted code generation. Velox does not:

• Provide legal advice or guarantee code compliance with laws
• Guarantee generated code will improve conversion or sales
• Warranty that code is free from errors or bugs
• Assume liability for code published to production

Consult legal and technical experts as needed before publishing merchant-facing code.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Velox for:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Phishing, fraud, or malware distribution
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Creating sections intended to scam or harm users

Credits and Pricing

Credits are used for AI-powered actions:

• Free plan — Includes starter credits for beta testing
• Paid plans — Coming soon and not yet active
• Credit usage — Consumed by generation, edits, and Auto Fix actions
• Refunds — Credit balances are not refundable during beta

Your Content

You own all content you create in Velox, including prompts, Brand Kits, and sections. You grant Velox the right to use your generated code and prompts to improve our AI models and service. We will not publicly share your content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Velox is provided "as is." In no event shall Velox be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
