About this opportunity
Doodle for Google is Google's annual art contest for K-12 students in the United States, and it is also a scholarship: the national winner receives a $55,000 college scholarship plus a $50,000 technology package for their school, five national finalists each receive a college scholarship, and 55 state and territory winners receive Google hardware and gallery recognition. Students redraw the Google logo to answer a yearly theme (the 2025-26 theme was 'My superpower is…'), write an artist statement of 50 words or less, and enter through the official Doodle for Google entry form as a .png or .jpeg. Entries are submitted by a parent, guardian, teacher, nonprofit leader, or afterschool program on behalf of the student. Eligibility: US citizens or legal US residents in grades K-12, including homeschooled students. Entry is free. Next cycle dates: not announced yet as of late October 2026 — check the official Doodle for Google site in autumn for the confirmed theme and December deadline.
The Doodle for Google Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship offered by Google for applicants heading to United States.
