What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for key product surfaces, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and production handoff
- Design intuitive interfaces for real-time AI interactions, including streaming text overlays, audio feedback and adaptive layouts
- Build and maintain a scalable design system with components, tokens, patterns and documentation
- Plan and conduct user research — interviews, usability testing, surveys and behavioral analysis
- Design for trust and transparency in AI-generated content and real-time assistance
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience shipping consumer or SaaS products used by tens of thousands of users
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, from problem framing to polished, shipped solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variables and prototyping
- Experience designing complex, data-rich interfaces and multi-step workflows
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) sufficient to communicate effectively with engineers
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
